TED BREMER is currently pursuing a PhD in Criminal Justice and Criminology at the University of Central Florida, where his research focuses on police culture, policy and accreditation, and innovation through technology. With over 25 years of experience in law enforcement and public safety, Ted retired in 2016 and has since dedicated his career to advancing standards and innovation in the field.
Ted was a founding partner of The Rodgers Group, a consultancy specializing in policy and accreditation, which was acquired by Lexipol in 2021. At Lexipol, he served as a senior accreditation consultant and policy writer, contributing his expertise to support public safety agencies nationwide. Ted’s commitment to professional development and research continues to influence the evolution of law enforcement practices and policies.
