2024 By the Numbers
2024 was certainly another year of growing and developing—let’s start with a high-level recap of what went down at Lexipol. This year:
- Our policy team reviewed over 11,000 federal and state legislation and executive orders and issued more than 670 legislative policy updates to our customers
- Our online learning academies released 111 new courses
- Our grants team helped secure $110 million in grant funding for public safety agencies, completing over 300 custom grant projects
- Our wellness solution, Cordico, introduced over 250 new content sections, including more than 90 videos, on topics ranging from financial wellness and retirement preparation to mindfulness, leadership and resilience
- And our industry news sites published a whopping 13,900+ articles, including news and analysis, research and editorial content, averaging over 2.7 million readers each month

New Products and Features
- Peer Support Training and Certification Membership – Launched this year, our Peer Support Training and Certification program equips first responders with the skills and tools to support their peers effectively. This membership provides 24/7 online learning, core curriculum for certification and ongoing advanced training to foster a culture of wellness in public safety communities.
- Performance Reporting Solution – We introduced a Performance Reporting tool that helps law enforcement agencies digitize data collection, analyze trends and streamline reporting. This software is helping departments around the country mitigate risks, enhance accountability and improve community trust through data-driven insights.
- Field Training – Our training solutions expanded in 2024 with the launch of Field Training, a tool to help law enforcement agencies effectively monitor and enhance their FTO programs, helping protect against inadequate training and associated liability. The software includes tools like Daily Observation Reports (DORs) and provides insights based on data to help you better understand trainee performance.
- Enhanced Accreditation Support – With accreditation increasingly becoming an expectation for law enforcement agencies, we are working with state accrediting bodies to enhance alignment between our policy management solution and accreditation, including a new version of our Accreditation Workbench, which helps agencies efficiently manage compliance, prepare for assessments and maintain accreditation.

- Second Annual First Responder Wellness Week – Building on last year’s success, this year’s First Responder Wellness Week provided public safety professionals with tools to prioritize their well-being through engaging webinars, exercises, personal testimonies and valuable resources, emphasizing the role of holistic health in helping them thrive in this challenging and rewarding career. First Responder Wellness Week 2025 will be held March 24-28 – mark your calendar!
- Fire-Rescue International Reception – At this year’s Fire-Rescue International conference, we had the honor of hosting a special gathering and hearing from fire service leaders from across the country. This event provided a remarkable opportunity to connect with innovators and changemakers shaping the future of the fire and rescue community.
- IACP Reception – New England Nautical Night – At this year’s IACP conference, the world’s largest police leadership event, we had the privilege of hosting an unforgettable reception, New England Nautical Night. Surrounded by law enforcement leaders from around the country, we shared insights, built relationships and celebrated the remarkable progress being made in public safety.

Wellness Resources – We expanded our focus on wellness, providing first responders with tools to prioritize their physical and mental health through:
- Cordico App – New functionalities including the Wellness Console where agencies can manage their app, as well as new content including Ride Home Reset tools, a gratitude assessment and the Cordico Resilience Evaluation and Strengthening Test
- Webinars – Featured sessions on critical topics such as stress management, family wellness and resilience strategies
- Tip Sheets – Practical guides to address common challenges in the field such as better sleep strategies, estate planning and more.
Leadership Insights – Empowering today’s leaders as well as the next generation of leaders remained a priority this year through:
- Webinars – The Leadership Essentials webinar series covered topics such as aligning agency policy with practice, the importance of leader wellness, servant leadership and improving the discipline process within your agency.
- Finding the Leader in You – This new white paper offers practical guidance for public safety professionals to strengthen leadership skills and inspire their teams effectively.
Use of Force – We delivered critical insights into use of force practices through a comprehensive three-part webinar series:
